An English man that died almost three years ago from asbestosis, an asbestos-exposure disease, was ruled an industrial disease death by the coroner. Now, the family of the asbestos-exposed man is asking former colleagues of his to help them with a court action. The family has been having problems with their asbestos claim because they have been unable to find former colleagues due to either death or they have not wanted to get involved in the asbestos claim.
All forms of asbestos have been shown to cause cancer. If exposed, those individuals risk asbestos-illnesses, including a rare, inoperable cancer called mesothelioma. For more information contact us to confer with an asbestos attorney.
